The definition of insanity is doing the same things expecting different results...Found gfy almost 4 years ago, made my first site in 2009 was making $500-600 beer money off one site LOL I didnt even know what FTP was (thank you PornGuy for teaching me how to use ftp and make galleries around 09 or 2010
), I literally made a entrance page with a picture using skills i learned in a basic junior college html class and linked it to a sponsor who was converting at 1:20-1:30 for me. Looking back that was the time I should have been making my move. I had no clue about the "adult industry" or the dozens of affiliate programs out there though.
My first adult check came from AFF though (around 2004 or 5), it helped me pay my rent at the time i was on the football team and had slacker roommates. I needed money was already working at Mickey Ds and living in a very small town in Minnesota. Somehow i found an AFF affiliate link and was amazed that they were paying people to get people to click a link! Just to click lol. So i signed up, and spammed my link all over yahoo and collegeclub groups. Few weeks later i got a check for a few hundred dollars and I stopped spamming the link because I thought I would get in trouble

Was crazy easy and I didnt even know it. Now I work 10x as hard, have 100x the traffic and sites and I make around about the same as I did when I didnt try and was clueless. Been about 2 yrs at affiliate work and havent really gotten anywhere, just takes so long to learn so much. Plus offline work kept me occupied to where I didnt care too much...So I wonder if Im nuts thinking things will change in 2012...Im giving myself 6 or 7 months this year to get some traction with major projects and increase revenues, if things remain the same or decline Im out by middle of the year...I thought about quitting already but I owe it to myself and the people who have helped me to give it another shot ...Happy new year
