I am not sure why people are having a go at vivid.
1. they have made lots of these films before.
2. they are not morons. no one ig going to spend big bucks on such a film without every dot being checked by a solicitor.
3. they can afford to go to court and will be legaly covered.
4. while lucas films may send some letters, and and a few legal threats, i suspect they will not consider it worth while.
remeber they made 2 pirates of the carabian films. thats going up against disny. lucal films i would think is small fry next to them.
5. at the end of the day its vivids problem. just promote folks. what the heck is anyone bothered about? you would think they had brought out a sex film of a bunch of 3 year olds being gang babed by sheep the way somer of you are making a fuss.
just promote the dam thing folks.

the film looks fantastic. only let down is that cp30 seems to be digitaly made rather than have somone in a costume.
most impresed that they even got the voices correct and even (like the film) a fat bloke in one of the ships).
the daft thing is, if it was not a porn film, it probably would be a massive hit at the cinima.
