I'm using exoclick.com pay-per-click ads right now for IM's ads and banners on my sites, but I'm really not satisfied with how much they are paying for clicks.

Anyone know a better PPC ad network that they might suggest?

I recall a similar service called euroads but not sure how that compares. Also familiar with juicyads, and I'm considering switching all my sites over to juicy, but it seems like their payout wouldn't be much different.

I'm a solo webmaster and my traffic on sites that would be using these ads is not off-the-charts insane... right now I'm getting about 10k impressions per day between these sites, so I'm looking for the best value I can get.
