Thats strange, I launched 2 paysites this past year and plan on launching a couple more this year, and thats without having the base of the business having been created when things were going well. We started fresh in 2011. We even pay our models 5 figures up front (not a percent), nevermind production and marketing costs.
If you ever come across models who want involved, pass them onto me then!
Also if his business fails, it will mainly be due to inexperience or his business model
