So it's VISA's consent that matters. If they say fine, then fine. If they so not fine. Then a lot of people are in the shit.

I never thought I'd say this, but I agree with Paul Markham.

Of course this is simulated rape, but Visa and MC don't even allow processing for sites with "sleeping" or "drunk" content. Even if Webbilling only does direct debit and other alternative billing forms - I bet if the banks find out about them processing for sites like that, they will pull the plug on their merchant accounts and all of their customers are fucked, even the ones with no questionable content.
Plus I remember how other processors got bashed in here for processing rape sites. Funny how the times are changing. Simulated or not, I'd stay far away from promoting sites like these, as I'm pretty sure they are not 100% legal in my jurisdiction.
