I'm happy to see you are being honest and upfront about AFSC.
I believe I was one of AFSC's first customers, and I spent a few thousand dollars or so purchasing content from them.
While the content was great, the experience was not always a good one. Everyone was well-meaning and nice, but the internal processes were not there and my orders took way too long to process (and then they were still screwed up, missing files, missing docs, etc).
I'm quite satisfied with the quality of the content that I purchased in the past from AFSC, and it sounds like you have made improvements, and are committed to creating a much better system, so I'll take another look and give AFSC another chance...
