This works the best for niche things like, say, BDSM Asian Lesbian Cams or whatever. If that is what your site is offering then you want visitors that are specifically interested in that.
If your site doesn't have a particular niche then it's hard to get quality traffic like that. Cams themselves aren't really a niche, they're more of a medium.

.... It's a VideoSecrets Whitelabel. I thought of those things also, and I've talked with Matt from VS - he said they will launch soon a new WhiteLabel design with categories and other goodies. I'll wait & see....
