CCBill AWOL ?
I have been trying to log into CCBill since last week and "something" is not working. I contacted live support, who told me my account was fine and they will send me a reset-password link. I reset my password, and still cannot get in.
Talking to CCBill live support on day 2 the operator tried several times to get my log in working again for me (he could get into my account internally) but after an hour of his assistance with no results, I had to leave the house and I told them I would get back to them.
I tried using 2 different browsers, and 2 different computers thinking one may have something software-wise corrupted. Today I am using a brand-spanking new machine (constructed 2 days ago from the ground up, with all windows updates and the latest versions of both Mozilla and Iron and all drivers, ect.) and still no luck, so back to live support.
But for the past 2-3 days now it appears CCBill's live support link has been re-directing to the sales site of the chat software their support department uses instead of loading the chat interface.
Today, the chat interface for live support appears to be working again but reports that there are no live operators.
Anyone have any ideas?
