Understandably so. Star Ballz is a parody, as easily noted by the title modification, the character name modifications ("Wank Solo," the "Ass Star") and this tidbit of information:

While the overall theme may have been a Star Wars parody, they added a bunch of other elements and spoofs, and changed character names. While there were similarities to Star Wars in Star Ballz (obviously), no trademarks were used in the film to my knowledge. As opposed to the Vivid production, which uses the EXACT names, which Vivid personal acknowledged in this thread to be registered trademarks of George Lucas/LucasFilms.
There's obviously a difference in the way Star Ballz parodied Star Wars and the way Vivid is doing so here.
