avoid the "pigtail" CF light bulbs AT ALL COSTS!!!
My wife has cluster headaches .... and once we got rid of all the "energy-efficient/government-endorsed" bulbs (switched them out for LEDs) .... her headaches went from 1-2 a week to now 1 maybe every 4-5 months!!
