I have no idea which movie you mean, but on the same lines, I have a similar memory...
There was this guy, blindfolded, naked and tied to a cross... Two girls in leather knelt either side of him, and gave him a BJ...
When he was really hard, the girl on the left of the screen, produced a razor balde, and gently slit his right testicle... All this stuff came out, and kinda 'uncoiled', and she put it all in her mouth, in close up...
Then, (With no camera cuts - all in one shot) she put it back in his ballsack, and proceeded to stich it up, with a medical needle and thread...
When she was finished, he shot his load over both girls... Would LOVE to know the name of that one !
