I'm guessing if you grew up wanking it to computer pictures you're more likely to use you non-dominant hand. If you're right handed, your right hand is busy with the mouse.
If you grew up with magazines or VHS, you could more easily use your dominant hand.
That's something that used to drive me CRAZY about site design. Don't make it so damn hard to get to the next pic; I'm trying to mouse left handed and I don't want to have to concentrate on moving the pointer and navigating. I'm trying to whack off here, damn it!
