There are reports that around August 2010 - Mallick signs settlement agreements with massive epass customer group.

A month or so later....Sept. 2010 - Elias decided to bring his Fraud case to Calif.

Dec. 2010 - Mallick breaks epass settlement group agreement and misses payment.

Dec. 8 2010 - Epass Group brings Fraud case to California against Mallick.

Dec. 8 2010 - Mallick signs confession judgment in California for owing Gregory Elias $12million.

Dec. 8 2010 - Mallick lawyers walk across hall and (counter) sue Epass customer group. says he shouldn't have to pay bc his rep was harmed.

Dec. 2010 - Mallick begins sending out emails to some of the same epass customer group blaming their lawyers and offering to pay if they break their agreement with their lawyers by sending bank info again and waiting for payment.
