How do you keep in shape?

Having my moped will make it much easier to make a quick trip to the gym but I tend to do my fitness in intense bursts, usually 4 times a week. 60-90 minutes on the elliptical will usually do it and I watch netflx and the time just flys right by. Problem is is that I eat a ton of food and can't help myself time from time. We're talking an entire large pizza, and I ain't growing vertically anymore!
Maybe I'll start taking stimulates that help reduce my food cravings. Give me some advice.
