its the CHINESE.............Im sure their brochure says "its built to code, earthquake resistant and energy efficient" but my guess is its already got killer mold growing in its sheetrock and 5 works died while building it. Its the CHINESE. (not born n raised in brentwood chinese - born in china chinese) if its one thing the chinese excel at, its making shit as cheap and dangerous as possible.
