Damian... pass by OVH. Most of the spammers over here do. Register a premium rate line (0899), link that to your server running asterisk that will give out a code and add the code to mysql. Bingo - you are your own micro-biller.
Add to that their SMS package and say bye bye to email spam and bienvenue to SMS spam. Take up a few hundred telephone lines, all linked to your server and randomly pick them out to auto-sms.
Not that I advocate spamming
