Weights work, I just wish I was able to get in a gym that didn't have everyone clamoring all the time and pissing on each other to use a weight station.

I wish I could run more, stress fractures occur easily on my femurs. It was always a goal in the back of my head to get my 800m time below 2 minutes, I got as close as 2:05.2
