I only wish fast food restaurants did bite size burgers, so you could order one of everything, for the taste... I end up ordering 3 maybe 4 burgers & eating it all... Chicken, burger, kebab & maybe some pizza
I haven't worked out properly for a few years & I can tell... I'll be honest, I was lucky as I'd trained since I was 9 3 maybe 4 times a week, so was already in great shape.... Needing to start again shortly, I wonder if I can hold out for just another year!?!?!

Congrats you have enough time
The golf has so much walking, it can definitely keep the body trim, but no way shall burn off the fat like the gym
