Since the UK was to decide the fate of the British mandate of Palestine (yes, that is the region, not the nation), the area was split into two independent states: Palestine and Israel. The Arab states immediately responded with warfare, and Palestine was eventually occupied by Israel (much like other areas of Israel were tried to be occupied by Arab forces). The truth will forever be that the war wasn't started by Israel, no matter how much you try to turn it around.


Palestine doesn't exist. Period. You're looking at people shooting at others domestically, and it's nothing more than terrorism. Do you really think that some government official sits down and declares that all people of a certain descent/religion within Israel should be killed? It's an absurdity and you have no source whatsoever for your claim that Israel instigates violence - the times that it 'has' been done have really been for security policies (for example, the bombing of Lebanon a couple of years back).
