I took a screen grab and I don't see any piss hitting the corpses -- looks like they are fakin' it for the camera. The dead were not soldiers in uniform; innocent civilians or dead terrorists? (Or dead freedom fighters -- depends on your POV.)



At any rate, that is probably a military Court-Marshall offense but it is not common nor accepted practice in the US Military.
