Of course it is. FFN is also facing, not one, not two, but three Class Action lawsuits. What gets me, some people in this forum think they are players in this biz when they knew FFN was all smoke and mirrors with their fake profiles etc. Almost like inside trading information and how could they NOT hedge against the stock? It's like free money.
