Thanks for lookin' out... I appreciate it... I went into this job knowing about a lot of the problems and issues... I spoke with all the people I've worked with over the last 9 years in online, and they dug deep to see if there was anything shady, so far no shady just horrible customer service and horrible organization in dealing with customer service and orders, which was the reason I was hired, to clean house and fix these issues... so far so good...
I didn't ask to be paid in advance, but it's kinda funny that that is how it worked out... LOL we didn't talk about doing it that way, just happened, and so far everyone is happy... I've even been paid upfront on deals I've brought in that are still being processed... I guess when you're upfront and show consistency by doing what you say and saying what you do, people want to make sure you are happy and want to stay...
Everything takes time, so I'll visit this thread in 6 months and post how things are going... time is the only way to tell...
