First. Hands break before skulls.So in general in bareknuckle you learn that real young and hit accordingly.

Second. Nippers do not have the power.

Thirdly. You do not think their parents monitor and bar some cuts bruises and a black eye here and there , ensure they are prolly hurt less than the average kid playing rugby
