"The general public doesn't know their *** from their elbows about beer. I've had the same argument many times before but the stem of it always comes from somebody thinking either Guinness is a totally unique type of drink in and of itself or that stout is somehow alien to all other beer/drink types. I don't know where it started, I'd just chalk it up to general misinformation."
