Thats right but termination is not prison time.

If SOPA/PIPA pass corporations will PAY ISPS TO DEEP ANALYZE PACKETS searching for PIRATES, legally they CANT DO THAT NOW.

Both ISPs and Content Corporations are licking their chops at this law.
