Why do you move hosts so many times? I am moving because my current host took a perfectly good set up and requested IP changes because they purchased new IP space. Problem is... what they purchased... is making my email ability non-existant.
I'm so fucking pissed right now I can't even explain in words... a majority of my money comes from newsletters I send out and right now... I can't send them because half of the email hosts are blocking my new IP

Moved from one host because their ip space kept getting blacklisted, moved from another because they jacked the price, moved from a third for network issues, moved from a fourth because the support absolutely sucked, moved from another because they told me I couldn't run an irc client (not an irc server). This from around 1998 until now, it's not like I change hosts all that much. Some of it is upgrading to a better server at the same host, and having to move stuff over then.
If you have problems moving, I'd suggest leaving the old host up for an extra month and slowly transition stuff over. Set your DNS TTL short during the move. If you're having any sort of downtime, you're doing it wrong. I moved a server on 2 days notice and didn't have any problems whatsoever.
Are you running SPF? DKIM? That can help you not get blacklisted.
rDNS at SecuredServers is rock solid, once it's set it's set. Never had an issue with it, and I rely on rDNS a lot.
