If you're going to try to go healthy on a meal here and there, mac and cheese is probably not the meal to "fix".
I try to eat healthy and all, but there are times when I want mac n cheese like mom made, which is elbow macaroni boiled up, strained and returned to the pot with chunks of velveeta cheese. Stir to melt and it's done.
Just 'aint no way to make that healthy, lmao.
