Everyone is so hung up on the next big thing and lose site that there is billions of people that want services and all have their own reasons for choosing who they do business with.

More important is just to focus on getting new customers. I don't care of you sell toilet paper, software, hosting, or organic carrot sticks, if you do it well, think long term, and stay ethical (yes there is business karma) then you will get customers period.
Apparently I wasn't clear in what I said, because although you said "I couldn't disagree with you more", you then said kind of the same things I did.
