i've personally sent LeaseWeb many abuse complaints and even had them laugh at me, warning me that they do not have to comply with a DMCA takedown request simply because they are based in the Netherlands and the DMCA is an American law.
how dare they expect you to respect there laws .

why not file the appropriate EU takedown request.
