I like that move.
I usually try to jump out and time it so that the vehicle continues to drive into them and I blow it up/kill the stragglers that notice what's going on and try to run away.
I don't have any friends on to run the suicide mission with. :P
Having a lot of fun with BF3 - especially since I bought the PS3 Wireless Stereo Headset from Sony. I have 7.1 surround sound normally, but the headset lets me hear footsteps a lot easier.
