Full control and putting two feet down after the catch shows possession and at that instant
it should be a TD. If the ball had bobbled at all I would be fine with the call made but it didn't move and was secure in his arms when he put two feet down.

Not in the end zone. You're talking about a play going out of bounds. In the end zone he has to maintain control throughout the play.
