H isn't necessary bloglike, but is excellent for someone lacking in design skills. T is also good in that regard, looks like a blog, is minimalist, has a great community like forum that can be very helpful with customizations, is very lightweight and seo friendly, and though I've used both and like both, it's the one that I personally prefer.
