Those are 4 ohm speakers. Be careful what you use to drive them. Most new inexpensive receivers will shut down when driving a 4 ohm load (if you are cranking them). Unfortunately they don't make the cheap amps like they used to. (you can still buy better quality amps that will drive them though)
So if you buy a receiver just make sure it will handle a 4 ohm load, or you can buy a separate power amplifier. I just bought a Crown XLS1000 to runs some bass shakers that I mounted under my theater seats and it will handle a 2 ohm load.
