I have a template I purchased for a wordpress site and want to make a few changes to it. Of course the place I bought it wants $700 to do the work, but I can't imagine it taking this long.

None of it is flash, just static images and wanted to separate the huge header image and break it up into about 3/4th image and the other 1/4 is a form field for name, email and phone number.
