Start out small and build from there. My advice would be to get a hosting account with
Amerinoc and install your script and start building. You will most probably not have much traffic to start with, so choose a hosting package which is quite cheap.
Then when you start to grow, ask them to move you to a larger plan or a VPS or a dedicated when needed. They will help you evaluate your needs as you go and do all the transfers for you.
