CCBill lovers are always on here touting how great it is. Wherein the truth is; affiliates will promote a great site no matter what affiliate software it is running on, CCBill does do your payouts for you(as will Epoch), as both are just IPSP's with simple affiliate tracking built in, which is nice but at the expense of trading off a LOT(read: TON) of features that more robust solutions have, such as NATS.
