No one would accept the bullshit argument that you need to get GM permission /pay them fees to use the car they made to drive your friends around (sharing your car with them).
Your control over your "content" may be greater than any other industry but it was never intended to be absolute, fair use is a legitimate limit you authorized when you claimed your monopoly power.

For your first argument:
That's because the car is build to hold X amount of people. If you share it with more people at the time than you paid for you will be fined by highway patrol.
For your second argument:
It's funny that you mention cars specifically in your argument in a phrase where you say no other industries police their "content"
I remember some years ago I believe both Mercedes Benz and BMW was threatening people with lawsuits who shot porn having their logo visible in the shoot.
I could name several other industries as well if you like, including the telecom industry.
To your own defense I have to admit that the usage of the cars was before "the cloud" so it's very likely that the car manufactures didn't understand fair usage and time shifting, they may understand the concept a lot better now if you could explain them how all the time shifted content have helped both the music, movie and adult industry
You've been reusing the same 3-4 arguments over and over again throughout the last year or so disregarding how people are being put to jail, fined and the companies who benefit from it are going out of business, do you really sincerely believe you are correct with your statements ?
It's obvious you have strong opinions about the subjects but stating your interpretation of the law based on your opinion using incorrect facts and unsupported facts doesn't do you anything good. How about some new facts or something ? It's not even fun to argue with you anymore if your only response is time shift, cloud and backup
