Your argument makes zero sense.
You can buy or lease a car. There are two models. If you lease, you follow their rules. If you buy, you make your own. They make the product and decide on the ways they will sell it to you.
Content owners have the same rights. If you are a porn company and buy content, you can buy it from the producer outright and own all rights, or they can assign you certain rights.
When you buy a Hollywood movie, or any other content, you are buying it and agree to the rights.
Unless someone signs over their copyright to you, you play by the established rules.
