Recently I have been putting my money where my mouth is and telling models I can assure them 500.00 per week. What I do is if they fall under 500, i will equal it out. This way you can put your foot on them and make them work your hours because they are assured a pay check of at least 500 per week which is more than what most people with jobs make. Honestly if you have decent looking girls and you train them, its pretty hard not to make 500.00 their first week unless they are not trying at all. But I make my deal where they have to work 40 hours per week.
