When JFK or MikeB goes to take your photo but you hold your hand up, they won't take the picture. If you're in a group scene or something you can't help having the photo taken of course. Later on if it appears online and you don't want the photo there, a simple request is all it takes to have it removed. That's TRUST and RESPECT and COOLNESS in action and it is what lets people enjoy themselves at shows.
Fucking idiots on the other hand who refuse to learn this and respect the wishes of all show attendees don't deserve to go to the show, and definitely don't deserve to profit in any way shape or form. Charging to remove a photo or blur a video just screams pathetic.
