I do not think its required you even mention it to them, I usually did but I wouldn't feel bad not mentioning it.
I would say, I am taking your pictures, they will be on multiple porn sites on the net. They should be able to draw some kind of conclusion about this using common sense.
Just like I bring a girl home from a bar and am about to hook up with her, im not going to say, "Condoms are not 100% effective, you still could catch something if I had it even with protection, I just want to make sure you know."
