Maybe get an AOL account and setup a proxy to go through it. As I understand it AOL cycles through the proxies so at least if they ban you they are going to slowly block themselves from AOL.
It's not quite as significant as it was 10 years ago but still something which they probably wouldn't want.
You can also setup proxies on your own servers if you have lots of IPs and blocks to use. Not perfect but should work for a while.
