Yes its an old rule but the solution of pointing the cname well using your own payment page = the same thing the rule is you must show ownership of said url..
pointing the Cname vs the DNS is not a solution as when someone looks up the URL is does not show you as the owner..
There are only 2 fixes..
1- private whois info
2- webmaster changes the whois to gamelinks who is..
This is black and white and cname is not a loop hole..
