I think everything is an individual choice. If it makes you feel better do it. If it doesn't then don't. I don't buy into anything anyone tells me. I'm a try it and see if I like it person.

For me personally, I'm feeling better than I every have. I'm putting on muscle, and losing fat. Granted most of that is from doing kickboxing and circuit training 4 times a week and cutting all refined sugar out of my diet. However, there is something to be said for not eating processed foods. If I don't put chemicals, dies, FDC colors, preservatives, etc into my body, then by body doesn't have to figure out what to do with them, and it doesn't end up in my blood.

People can think as these choose for what they feel is right for them. I'm not here to convert anyone from eating their McDonalds.
