It's really beneficial for new dating sites as well as established dating sites.
We have both type of clientele and we are seeing some nice results in both cases.
The good thing about the service is, there is no minimum...so you can test it out for a week or a month and if it doesn't work you aren't bound by any sort of commitment.
The only time we might typically require some sort of commitment is if you wish to start off with high volume of chat services. In those cases I usually have to hire more resources and operators to handle the volume we are managing and would require some sort of commitment. This typically happens with our larger well-established clients only at the moment.
