I use both. They're different but also the same. Most programs use PAXUM, but some big sponsors of me use PAYONEER. The load of Paxum is easier as you don't have to do anything, for Payoneer you have to load the money yourself and if you want to have it immediately you have to pay 5 USD instead of 2 USD... I trust them both. I wished that my main processor (CCBILL) had a similar system with credit cards as I have to pay 30 USD each week to get my money coming in via wire...
