Definitely not little guys.
Their U.S Alexa rank is under 1,000 JUST for firstrow.tv. All combined their sites get massive amounts of traffic.
I've seen links posted up to that site for UFC and Boxing events that cost $50-$60+ a pop and they stream them live. That whole 'linking to pirated telecasts' actually makes it sound a lot more innocent than it is. They were directly streaming the events using those services then embedding the feed onto their sites.
