I know. I did it to myself. I rented the sickest Villa I've ever seen here in the South of France for the winter and it's giving me the itch to make money. I've also been looking to move to Monaco and I'm getting the feeling if you don't have $100+million in Monaco you are poor.
I figured might as well start researching what people are selling as well as keeping up to date with what the trends are online and keep my eyes open for any opportunities that may fit for me. That way when something good comes along I'll be ready hopefully
