matuloo the first solution is simple. Fix the join page. Any join page that converts less than 1% of
any traffic is shite. Throwing more traffic be it 404 or traffic plucked out of the air is useless. It's clear to everyone that the join page is the biggest problem. Heaping more traffic onto the problem isn't going to fix anything.
Then look at the sites in terms of selling and not landing traffic on it. That needs a man who knows content, not a man who knows how to direct more traffic to a problem. I looked at porn.com a premier porn domain, it's aiming at sending traffic elsewhere. When I clicked to watch a MILF scene, it showed me a lesbian teen site.
Now even this dim wit knows that's wrong filtering and targeting. Put a MILF site up where the scene came from if you really want to convert it. If that's the work PR are going to do with your traffic, 404 or what ever. Keep it and work it properly yourself.
