It would depend on how you acquired the sales.

Will the sites be updating? Rebills will very quickly taper off if not.

Will the sales still come in if Google were to dance? How are those sales coming in?

Will tubes die? Lots of variables...

From my own experience I'd say a few years doing nothing... But then Google can bitch slap you if its giving you tons of traffic and your "empire" can literally crumble overnight. Again... from experience...

So it is always better to take the cash and begin new projects. Hire people to do what you used to do. Find people that just like collecting their paycheck and don't want to ever own anything other than the American Dream.
